The Memphis Youth Coalition provides resources and intervention for students ages 13-19 in the areas of: Education, Workforce Development, Performing Arts, Athletics, Mentoring, Heath and Wellness, Gang Intervention and at risk youth through an alliance of youth organizations and programs.

Ages 13-19 in the Memphis City Schools and others living in the community and surrounding areas.

Meet the Board
The primary responsibility of the board of directors and staff is to guide the organization in accomplishing its mission. The board's oversight role empowers it to exercise tremendous influence in ensuring that the MYC protects and uses its core assets solely to further the goals of the organization.

The staff has created a comprehensive strategic plan and action plan to fulfill its mission.
